The incident happened on 18th April around 21:30 hours.
The man is reported to have survived from the fatal but he has internal as well as external ingeries, it is believed the man was drunk then he slip into a drainage.
The police had arrived early in the morning to make sure nothing from the car was stolen, the car it didn't even belong to the man is not not really certainly how is going to repay for the damages while still in a coma.
The following day around 7am the police had arrived to make sure everything were fine, in case some people would stole any part of the car.
