t was raining heavily in the city of taxes that everyone was in the house.

mikel the garden boy was still outside in the market area buying some vegetables, before the rain started mike saw the sign of it but ignored thinking it won't rain and proceeded with what he came to do there.

He was astonished with how the rains wet him on his way home and found that the main way was filled with a lot of water.

He thought of a way out then he tend to choose a dangerous path by taking the forest way, mikel walked for five hours and he then saw a group of people who were sitting beside the river, they looked strange but he didn't have a choice but to ask them a way to the city.

There was this man among the group who asked Mikel for his name and he told the man and asked him is name too,

The man his name was  Bally, Bally and Mikel started to get along which didn't impressed the others, while they were talking Mikel saw a tattoo on bally's arm which he dreamed of and became afraid aswel curious with the matter why the tattoo relates to him and started asking Bally questions but after sometimes Bally was suspicious with the questions Mikel was asking about.

Bally said," is this an interrogation" no! Mikel answered, "am anxious because that tattoo looks familiar, I had a dream about that tattoo which looks the same as that and it belongs to a wolf".

Bally denied and urged with Mikel, by saying," do you believe in dreams? Course I don't believe in such "  and then Mikel became convinced that his dream wasn't true and said " yeah why should I attain to the knowledge of my dream a lot of times I have dreams not just that, that i'm rich and am no longer a gardener having a beautiful family a lot of cars but when I wakeup it's not true".

Bally said "that's why I told you of not believing in dreams they are all lies".

At midnight Mikel was sleeping and Bally's friends were making planes to kill him while is sleeping, Bally was about to sleep and then saw something behind his back moving so fast and he thought it was something to hunt, because mikel didn't eat anything.

And Bally started chasing  and then released that it was his friends and  went back home.

On his way back he saw one of the wolf getting inside mikel's tent and run over it and it turned into mankind then he released it was his friend he then banged mikel "hey wakeup"!!.

Bolly asked his friends why they wanted to kill Mikel and one of his friend Ranger said "after the stranger came you never give us attention", then Mikel said " you were all jealous of me, I never thought you guys can go far than that" 

Then Bally told Mikel the all truth that his dream was not a lie, I and my friends we are wolves, you were not wrong about it

I will accept any NDC decision about my position on bill 10 chishala

ROAN National Democratic Congress (NDC) member of parliament Joseph Chishala says there is nothing wrong with the amendments Justice Minister Given Lubinda presented in the Constitution Amendment Bill Number 10 of 2019 so far, hence his reason for staying in Parliament.

And Chishala says he will accept whatever decision the party’s national governing council comes up with over his decision to remain in Parliament after his UPND colleagues walked out of the House immediately Bill 10 was presented for Second Reading.

In an interview, Chishala explained why he did not emulate UPND lawmakers, who had walked out on Lubinda, arguing that he had wanted to listen to Cabinet’s recommendations so that he could make an informed decision ahead of voting on Bill 10.

“I think people are not getting me right; one thing you should understand is that there are three documents there. There is a Bill 10 draft from the NDF, there is Select Committee report and there are Cabinet recommendations. What was presented in Parliament was the Bill, together with recommendations from Cabinet. So, in my case, my staying back in Parliament [after the UPND MPs walked out] was merely to listen to the recommendations of Cabinet because the recommendations of Cabinet, we got them when the Minister [of Justice] was at Mulungushi Conference Centre, which to me, I wasn’t guaranteed; I could only be guaranteed of those amendments that the Minister moved in the House. Only inside Parliament, not outside. So, that was my only reason for staying in the House, to listen to those amendments so that I hear what government’s position is,” Chishala argued.

“I don’t see how I could have listened to government’s recommendations when I am outside Parliament. So, I didn’t want to walk out because issues are discussed in Parliament, not outside. We are elected to represent people in Parliament, not outside. Before I vote, I need to debate that item. I need to present my issues and the issues of the people before I vote because the procedure in the House is that the Bill is presented, then there is time for debates. After debates, that’s when you can vote. Now, before even voting comes in, people start walking out. For me, I didn’t see any reason why I should walk out even before I present my issues in the House. I was supposed to present my issues, then wait for the time to debate. If Cabinet cannot see what the people want, I cannot vote for Bill 10.”

Asked what his position was on Cabinet’s recommendations, he said there was nothing wrong with what Lubinda had presented to Parliament so far.

“All the amendments, if you’ve seen, three quarters of those amendments are the issues that people have been talking about. For example, the issue of deputy ministers, stripping powers from Parliament, stripping powers from the Bank of Zambia, the issue of workers remaining on payroll, which was my main issue, has been tackled as well by Cabinet. All those issues have been addressed in that document. So, I don’t see anything wrong with those amendments. Unless otherwise, Cabinet fails to push in those items in the Bill. If they are just sugar-coating us with those amendments, then they are wasting their time and if they think that we will vote for a Bill without pushing things that the Zambian people want, then, God forbid, because that won’t work! We represent the people and if you represent the people, you have to do what the people want,” Chishala said.

He could, however, not comment on the NDC’s decision to engage church leaders to convince him to change his mind on Bill 10.

The parliamentarian stressed that his relationship with the party was still good and that he would accept any decision made by the national governing committee over his stance to tolerate Bill 10.

“I can’t comment on party issues. I think that issue is with the national governing committee. So, I don’t know what the national governing council has thought of my stay in the House. But I have told you why I stayed in the House. But then, it’s up to the national governing council of the party; whatever decision they will make is entirely up to them. But my relationship with the party is still okay. We might have different views on why I stayed in the House on that particular day, but I’m still NDC, I will no longer be UPND and I will no longer be PF, I am representing the people of Roan as NDC member of parliament,” said Chishala.

WHO Chief Addresses Death Threats, Racist Insults: ‘I Don’t Give A Damn’.

The leader of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said Wednesday he’s received death threats and racist insults while running the global efforts to fight the Coronavirus pandemic.

“I can tell you personal attacks that have been going on for more than two, three months. Abuses, or racist comments, giving me names, black or Negro. I’m proud of being black, proud of being Negro,” he told reporters on a conference call from the organization’s Geneva headquarters on Wednesday. “I don’t care, to be honest … even death threats. I don’t give a damn.”

Tedros was responding to a question about whether criticism from world leaders such as President Donald Trump in the midst of a global pandemic makes it more difficult to operate the WHO. Tedros commented specifically on insults that he said came from Taiwan.

“Three months ago, this attack came from Taiwan. We need to be honest. I will be straight today. From Taiwan,” he said. “And Taiwan, the Foreign Ministry also, they know the campaign. They didn’t disassociate themselves. They even started criticizing me in the middle of all that insult and slur, but I didn’t care.”

Tedros also referenced remarks made by scientists on French TV that Tedros had condemned on Monday as artifacts of a “colonial mentality.” The scientists were discussing the potential of moving a vaccine trial in Europe and Australia to Africa, according to the BBC. Tedros said Wednesday that the remarks insulted “the whole black community.”

Tedros pleaded for world leaders and politicians to put aside differences and focus on the fight against the pandemic, which has now infected more than 1,452,378 people around the world and killed at least 83,615, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.

“Please quarantine COVID politics. That’s what we want. We don’t care about personal attacks,” he said. “We care about the life passing every single minute unnecessarily because we couldn’t unite to fight this virus.

EA Sports could remove Ronaldinho from FIFA 20 after he spent 32 days in a Paraguayan jail.

The Barcelona and Brazil star was sent to prison after allegedly using a fake passport last month.

However, he was released, along with his brother Roberto Assis, and placed under house arrest on Tuesday.

The pair say they are innocent with their lawyer calling the detention ‘arbitrary, abusive and illegal’.

Reports have claimed Ronaldinho paid a £1.3million bond and is now staying in a Paraguayan hotel while awaiting trial.

Judge Gustavo Amarilla, who allowed both men to leave prison, said: “It’s a significant bail in cash to guarantee they will not flee.”
